It's Allgood approaches HRM differently to your average recruitment agency. It is our aim to assist you initially that you will no longer require our services. We go through the entire process and show you what to do and how to do it. The recruitment systems are designed to fit, specifically into your business structure.

Further to incorporating efficient HRM strategy and systems to your business we can advise you on effective remuneration and incentive schemes that not only attract the best candidates, but keep them.

However, we are also available for either on-going support, or, if you prefer, we can take on responsibility for all your recruitment needs.

Human resource Consulting is more demanding than your basic recruitment services as we provide you with:

  • Job Design and Evaluation;
  • Remuneration and Benchmarking;
  • Staff Induction and Training;
  • Performance Management;
  • Comprehensive Staff Job Fit Reports.

Naturally we also provide you with the basic services of a recruitment agency:

  • Preparation of advertisement and placement in various media;
  • Resume screening;
  • Interviews;
  • Detailed reference checks;
  • Preparation of detailed report on candidate progress; and
  • Arrangement of interviews with you, our client;
  • We can also complete the negotiation of the job offer on your behalf (if required);
  • We then monitor the successful candidates performance for the first three months.

Risk - Whose Is It?

Recruitment agencies will offer you the free replacement guarantee for candidates who do not work out. This effectively means the risk is yours as you have paid your fee upon placement, and therefore there is no real incentive for them to continue to work for you. We at It's Allgood, take a different approach, we are so sure of our methods that we share the risk with you, encouraging us to perform better.

Upon placement we charge you 25% of the placement fee, upon the successful completion of three months we then invoice you the remaining 75%. If a candidate does not work out in the first three months then we don't get paid until we give you someone who does!

Training and Upskilling

We offer a range of different training packages (see below) and all are designed around the specific needs of your business. Once again we don't ask that you fit your company into preset guidelines and preconceived ideas. Your business is unique, maybe not in the services or products it provides, but certainly in how it goes about providing them. Therefore we create our training to enhance your business.

Motivational Speaking / Personal Development

Motivational Speaking can be all your team requires to boost its efforts. We can add these sessions to your existing training programs or we can provide them individually, the choice is yours.
